Overview
Electro Arc is a Stillion Industries Company, all payments and shipments will reflect Stillion Industries as the Umbrella company for Electro Arc products and services. Our warehouse is located at 2055 Lima Center Road; Dexter, MI 48118. Any payment for repair shipment must include sender’s contact information.
Due to the nature of Electro Arc’s product line, all sales are final:
- Custom Built Metal disintegrators are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Electro Arc accessories including electrodes and manuals are non-refundable
- Any repair or refurbished services are non-refundable
To finalize any purchase, we must receive a purchase order.
Electro Arc conducts Business to Business sales, therefore no taxes will be charged. Additional fees for international import/export and related shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If it is determined that a mistake was made on Electro Arc’s (Stillion Industries) behalf:
- Wrong items that are shipped in error will be replaced with correct items
- Inappropriate quantities which do not match the purchase order
- Items covered by their 1-year warranty will be repaired as explained in the warranty terms
Refunds
Stillion Industries provides machining services, Electro Arc, and Ames (Stillion Industries) products which are not refundable. This policy applies to all Machine shop service which has been finalized with a purchase request, all purchase requests received from companies or issued to companies for Electro Arc metal disintegrating machines, accessories, repairs, or refurbishing. Ames Portable Hardness Testers, accessories, calibrations, or repairs are also not eligible for refunds. Â
All Electro Arc newly built metal disintegrators are sold with a 1-year warranty. Any repairs on these new machines are subject to the warranty terms.
Shipping Policy
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
Customers will choose shipping time and cost at the time of check out.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs at the time of purchase and if you are shipping your item for repair. Customers are encouraged to use their own shipping accounts. If Stillion Industries pays the cost of shipping the customer will be charged that amount on their invoice.
